General

Judy Copley Couture reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Products

Every Judy Copley Couture piece is carefully handcrafted using premium fabrics and couture techniques.

Due to the handmade nature of our garments and accessories, slight variations may occur. These variations are part of the beauty and uniqueness of couture craftsmanship and are not considered faults.

Product colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

All couture gowns, veils and made-to-order accessories are individually created for each client.

Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or significantly altered without written agreement.

Estimated production timeframes are provided as a guide and may vary depending on the complexity of each design.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

The price confirmed at the time of purchase will be honoured.

Payments

Payment is required before your order is dispatched unless otherwise agreed.

For couture garments, payment schedules and deposits will be outlined within your individual design agreement.

Shipping

We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely.

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier services.

Judy Copley Couture is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs processing or unforeseen circumstances.

Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of our couture garments, veils and accessories, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assess and resolve the issue.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photography, illustrations, logos, branding, website content and written material remain the intellectual property of Judy Copley Couture.

No content may be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

Appointments

Consultations and fittings are available by appointment only.

If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Judy Copley Couture will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
